Appoiment  & Deposit Policy

To provide the best service and ensure fair scheduling for all of our clients,

INVISART STUDIO has implemented the following appointments and deposit policy:

  1. Deposit Required

    • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.

    • This deposit will be applied toward your service total on the day of your procedure.

  2. No-Show & Late Cancellation

    • Clients who do not show up for their appointment, or cancel/reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, will forfeit their deposit.

    • A new deposit will be required to rebook.

  3. Rescheduling Policy

    • We allow one-time rescheduling if notified at least 48 hours in advance.

    • Further changes will require a new deposit.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. This policy helps us value both your time and that of our other clients. Thank you for trusting Invisart Studio.

No Refund Policy

INVISART STUDIO provides customized Paramedical Tattoo and

Scalp-Micropigmentation (SMP) services, which are semi-permanent in nature and produce results that may vary depending on individual skin type and healing response.

For this reason, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Dissatisfaction with results based on personal preference

  • Change of mind or personal situations

  • Failure to follow aftercare instructions

  • Missed appointments or same-day cancellations

  • Mid-procedure requests to stop treatment

Retouch (Correction) Policy​

We value client satisfaction and provide one complimentary retouch under specific conditions to help achieve the best possible outcome.

Complimentary retouch is eligible when:

  • The request is made within 30 days of the original procedure

  • Aftercare instructions were properly followed

  • The technician determines that a retouch is clinically appropriate

Please note:

  • Retouches are not guaranteed and are assessed on a case-by-case basis

  • Any additional retouches beyond the one complimentary session will incur an additional fee

Deposits and Prepaid Packages

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment

  • Rescheduling is permitted with at least 48 hours’ advance notice

  • Prepaid sessions and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable
